This compact and advanced solution is ideal for confined workshop spaces, capable of handling heavy loads and optimizing machine use efficiently and continuously.<\/p>\n<h2>Machine tool tending: from manual labor to smart automation<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">In traditional workshops, machine tool tending requires the constant presence of an operator to load and unload parts during every cycle. This leads to high costs and complex resource management. With <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"201\">Taurus HP1000<\/b>, tending is fully automated: the robot manages all part-handling phases, while qualified operators can focus on higher-value activities, such as quality control or process management. A single automated unit can be installed between two machines with a distance of approximately 2 meters to manage tending, eliminating the need for an operator per machine and maximizing production efficiency. The system integrates a <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"633\">vertical warehouse with a high production buffer<\/b>, equipped with drawers rated for 150 kg each, allowing the management of multiple production lots in parallel.
