										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p data-path-to-node="2"><b data-path-to-node="2" data-index-in-node="0">Taurus Automation™</b> presents <b data-path-to-node="2" data-index-in-node="28">Taurus HP1000 (High Production)</b>, the new automatic machine tool tending and CNC system designed to increase <b data-path-to-node="2" data-index-in-node="136">productivity, quality, and safety</b> in machining departments. This compact and advanced solution is ideal for confined workshop spaces, capable of handling heavy loads and optimizing machine use efficiently and continuously.</p>
<h2>Machine tool tending: from manual labor to smart automation</h2>
<p data-path-to-node="4">In traditional workshops, machine tool tending requires the constant presence of an operator to load and unload parts during every cycle. This leads to high costs and complex resource management. With <b data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="201">Taurus HP1000</b>, tending is fully automated: the robot manages all part-handling phases, while qualified operators can focus on higher-value activities, such as quality control or process management. A single automated unit can be installed between two machines with a distance of approximately 2 meters to manage tending, eliminating the need for an operator per machine and maximizing production efficiency. The system integrates a <b data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="633">vertical warehouse with a high production buffer</b>, equipped with drawers rated for 150 kg each, allowing the management of multiple production lots in parallel. During the automatic cycle, the operator can load new parts in <b data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="856">masked time</b> (internal time), without interrupting the machine cycle. Once loading is complete, simply close the drawer and press the <b data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="989">&#8220;loading complete&#8221;</b> button: the robot retrieves the drawer and initiates a new tending cycle.</p>
